De opleiding

Basic training confidentiality Advisor

Basic training for Starting Confidentiality OHS  Advisors (upcoming) 
Merlijn offers:

  • Basic training for Confidentialilty OHS  Advisors 
  • In-depth training Integrity Counselor (Vertrouwenspersoon Integriteit)
  • Combined training Confidentiality OHS Advisor and In-depth training Integrity Counselor •    (with € 400 discount)

The trainings are conducted in either Dutch or English. Please note that our trainers have a good knowledge of the English language but are not native English speakers . 
The appointment of a Confidentiality OHS  Advisor signals  a great reinforcement of  HR and Compliance  policy. Employees who will take on this role will receive knowledge, insight and sufficient practice in the 3-day Basic Training Confidential Advisor to successfully fulfill the role of confidentiality OHS counselor.
In addition, they can follow a 2-day in-depth training Integrity Counselor for a possible role as Integrity Counselor. This training is practical in design, is given by an experienced expert in the field of business ethics and integrity, and guarantees a firm foundation in theory and practice for taking on the role as Integrity Counselor, whether or not in addition to the role as Confidentiality OHS Advisor.

Accredited Confidentiality OHS Advisor: 
Following the accredited basic training course to become a Confidentiality OHS Advisor you have the option to be certified as Confidential Advisor.  To this end, you can register with the CeRP (the certifying institution that assesses the certification on behalf of LVV). In addition, the 2-day in-depth training Integrity Person is accredited  with respect to  continuing education and training (BNS).
In some occasions, , membership of the LVV is not a condition / requirement to be certified as a confidential adviser.

Day 1

Morning program

09.30 – 10.00 : Reception

10.00 – 10.30 : Welcome, discussing the program, practical issues, getting to know each other, taking stock of the learning objectives

10.30 – 11.15 : What is undesirable behavior? What is the impact on the victim and the organization?

11.15 – 11.30 : Pause

11.30 – 13.00 : Role of confidential advisor, main tasks, connection with complaints procedure, place in the organization, relationship with other professionals

13.00 – 13.45 : Lunch

Afternoon program

13.45 – 15.00 : Communication, questions, active listening, from point of view to interest, practicing

15.00 – 15.15 : Pause

15.15 – 16.30 : Confidential advisor within the organization

16.30 – 17.00 : Looking back, time for reflection.

Day 2

10.15 – 11.15 : Your own attitude as a confidential advisor: Drama triangle, transfer countertransfer

11.15 – 11.30 : Break
